Aid for Child Trust is a registered Indian nonprofit organization founded in September 2015 with the vision to create a poverty free world where every child lives in dignity. We have child development programs in Noida Sector 15, UP and Bhagalpur, Bihar where we provide underprivileged children with free education.
We have conducted in December 2018 a stakeholder, problem and objective analysis for out-of-school children residing in the slum of Noida Sector 15.
Now that we have completed the above process, we would like to make Theory of Change.
We would like to hold a workshop to involve stakeholders so that we can hear cross-group opinions.
It is in this context that we need a consultant who is knowledgeable about Theory of Change. 1. This assignment is expected to be two-days exercise, one is for organizing and managing a workshop and another is for making report.
- Applicant must have experience in making Theory of Change.
3 Applicant must reside in Delhi NCR as the organization will not pay for transportation.
This assignment will be exercised at some point between the end of December to the middle of January at the latest.
Fluency in both speaking/listening and writing/reading and in both English and Hindi is must.
Applicant must have previous working experience as a development consultant for any projects.
