GAIN is seeking a Project Manager, Country Coordinator for Large Scale Food Fortification (LSFF) to manage the country coordination mechanism to ensure coordination with all key stakeholders and periodic completion of deliverables. This role is offered on a one year fixed-term contract and will be based in our GAIN India office in New Delhi, India.

About the Role
The Project Manager, Country Coordinator for LSFF will provide project management support in implementing activities under the Country Coordinator (CC) mechanism and work closely within the GAIN India LSFF team in ensuring smooth and coordinated implementation of the project.
The postholder will be responsible for day-to-day project management with oversight of the grantees/consultants, coordinate with other development partners in supporting the LSFF portfolio, donor engagement, on-going engagement with key industry and government stakeholders.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Planning, implementation and reporting to provide overall project management support, reporting outcomes, and coordinate day-to-day activities across partners for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s (BMGF) India investment in fortification
- Planning and designing coordination and reporting mechanism in consultation with donor and the partners supporting LSFF investment
- Support developing Common Results Framework (CRF) in consultation with partners and donor and finalize monitoring and reporting templates
- Capturing key milestones & project evidence/insights across projects/ development partners
- Ensuring timely execution of project deliverables and budget utilization as per project forecasting
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for development of appropriate communication materials, technical documents, advocacy briefs, and related materials to drive key project activities
About You
You should have proven experience working in multi-cultural environment and be proactive in program and stakeholder management in the social sector, nutrition /health programs.
You should be capable to work under pressure and in meeting deadlines. Possessing excellent IT and communication skills are essential to this role.
About our Offer
The salary on offer for this role is from INR 1,014,641 – INR 1,160,663 per annum, depending on experience.
