Under the general supervision of the Fundraising Manager, Individual Giving and the direct supervision of the Fundraising Officer, Business Intelligence the incumbent will support individual fundraising strategies to raise funds locally in order to support implementation of the country approved program in general, and determined programme activities. In particular, provide support to the Fundraising Officer, Business Intelligence in donor management and data processing activities and overall fundraising support.
Key function, accountabilities and related duties/tasks:

- Ensure agency reported donor numbers are recorded in the UNICEF Salesforce CRM and discrepancies if any investigated on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with Processing Agency Partner, UNICEF Finance and Admin section, Bank and other related organizations to ensure accurate data entry and optimization of incomes by ensuring processes for managing donations and payments.
- Provide support in organizing a day to day briefing and dealing with contractors, suppliers, outsourced staff and relevant personnel within and/or outside the office to develop well-planed strategies for the Individual Fundraising Team and Donor Management systems.
- Provide support in research, analyzing, verifying, and synthesizing data and information to assist in the preparation of fundraising reports relating to country office and donors to support the office in optimizing individual fundraising. Also, assist Fundraising Manager and Business Intelligence Specialist in identifying best practices and lesson learnt to support knowledge development and capacity building in the area of work.
- Support Fundraising Manager and Business Intelligence Specialist in drafting applications and reports as required by the Private Sector Fundraising and Partnerships team based in Geneva. These include annual budgets, investment fund proposals and fundraising reports etc.
- Provide overall administrative support to the Fundraising Manager and the Individual Fundraising team such as screening incoming correspondence/telephone calls, arranging meetings and drafting related minutes, travel, maintaining the filing system, etc.
- Perform other duties, as required.

Requirements of the position (QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES):-
Education:
Completion of secondary/ vocational education with additional training in a relevant field. University degree in related field i.e. marketing, communications preferred
Experience:
Sixyears of relevant experience in the field of supporting sales / marketing and / or preferably fundraising combined with some administrative work experience.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language or a local language is an asset.
