The Mitchell Group (TMG), an international development consulting firm based in Washington, DC, is currently seeking applications from qualified TB Specialist candidates to propose for a final performance evaluation of a tuberculosis (TB) control program for USAID in India. Note, this opportunity is in the proposal stage and will be considered for the proposal stage and successful award of the contract.
TB Specialist
The TB Specialist serves as a member of the Assessment Team providing technical expertise on TB programming. S/He will participate in all aspects of the assessment, including planning, data collection, data analysis and report writing.
Qualifications:
• At least 8 years of experience working with TB programs in developing country settings, particularly in India,
• Prior experience in TB sector in India
• Prior evaluation/ assessment experience
• Knowledge of TB prevention, control and treatment in India
• Knowledge and experience in working in the areas of standard of TB prevention, control and treatment, including DOTS, MDR-TB, and TB-HIV
