The Role
KITG is seeking a Team Leader who will oversee planning and delivery of work in India, including the oversight of creative communications and campaigns, as well as developing and holding key partnerships on behalf of NGOs. The Team Leader will line manage a small, growing team located throughout India and lead business and resource management. The position can be based anywhere in India.
Skills Required
We seek someone with good understanding of the political, energy and cultural contexts in India and a strong track record in strategic campaigns and communications; excellent project management and networking / partnership skills; as well as an ability to support and manage others in this work.
