The Miracle Foundation is a non-profit organization in the United States and in India is an Indian Section 25 NGO which is responsible for executing our work in India.
They are inviting applications from qualified candidates for the post of Program Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for mentoring and monitoring of allocated number of organizations (the children’s homes). The position will report to Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with and support partner NGOs in implementing components supported by Miracle Foundation India.
· Coordinate with partners for planning the monthly program and guiding them for preparation of the program & financial reports.
· Monitor the performance of partners, based on the plan of action and the quality indicators set by Miracle Foundation India.
· Assist each NGO in developing their network which would enable them to provide better services to the children.
· Build capacity of the partners by conducting training programs and also facilitating training through trained resources.
· Coordinate with consultants for health, education and vocational training.
· Use Miracle Foundation India appropriate knowledge management methods and tools and train the partners.
· Ensure quality reports and documents from t he partners within the stipulated time frame.
· Prepare MIS on a monthly and upload it on organization’s specific software.
· Support the Program Manager in overall management and development of the program.
· Ensure access to and use of information, including key programmatic and financial information for Program Manager’s decision making.
Eligibility Criteria for Education, Experience and Skills
· Masters’ Degree in Social Work / Child Development with 3-5 years of proven experience in implementing, monitoring & learning in related fields, especially child development.
· Good understanding of Child Rights/Human Rights and child protection & J. J. Act.
· Excellent documentation skills.
· Ability to handle computer creatively for data management, analysis and presentation.
· Excellent communication skills. Fluency (spoken and written) in English, Marathi and Hindi is mandatory for this position. Proficiency in Kannada will be an added advantage.
· Team player and is also able to work independently
· Respect for the core values of Miracle Foundation India and high level of empathy towards the project participants.
· Training or capacity building experience in development sector.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications & related experience and will not be constraint for the right candidate. The position is for women candidates only.
