Girl Effect are looking for Mumbai based Office Manager to be an integral part of our launch in India. This is a dynamic and fast paced role and is perfect for someone who has hands on experience of starting up an office. Flexibility and willingness to get stuck in is really important as the role will wear many hats and lead in areas such as procurement, HR, travel, security and risk and office management.

What you can expect from this role
- Arrange transport, visas and accommodation for staff and overseas visitors
- Oversee and manage logistical support for events and workshops with assistance from the Project Manager
- Lead the end to end procurement and contracting of goods and services
- Take the lead in managing risk assessments, security briefings and arrangements for visitors and security reporting
- Facilitate HR processes on behalf of the London based People Team
- Manage the smooth running of the Mumbai office
- Assist the London based Finance team in managing budgets and other finance processes
We are looking for people with:
- Great all - round experience in administration, procurement, HR, finance, event/workshop management and IT
- Experience of starting up operations from the very start
- Experience of using Salesforce or an equivalent system
