Overview:
Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) has its headquarters located in Bangkok, Thailand now
invites quotation for procurement of Lightning Early Warning System (EWS) Software, Equipment, and
Services, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the
form attached hereto as Annex 2.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the email address or the
address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by ADPC after the deadline
indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Kindly ensure that they
are signed, and in the pdf format, they must be free from any virus or corrupted file.
How to apply:
Submission of Quotations
a. Quotations are to be submitted in the form attached in Annex 2.

The Quotation in hard copy shall be submitted to the address given above or pdf format Which
shall be submitted by email to:

b. The deadline for submission of Quotations is at 5:00 p.m. Bangkok Time, 10th March 2021
c. Each Bidder shall submit only one Quotation segregated in two different attachments.
d. One attachment shall contain the technical specifications ONLY. The second attachment shall
contain the financial submission ONLY.
e. The supplier should be an end-to-end provider of the goods. It poses more risk to break this
into pieces.
f. Currency of quotation shall be quoted in INR or USD
g. The Quotation shall remain valid for the period of 30 days after the deadline for submission
of quotations
h. The quoted price shall and deliverables are to be provided in DAP incoterms.
i. The quoted price shall be fixed for the duration of contract. The Quotations shall be delivered
no later than 5:00 p.m. on or before 10th March 2021 to Asian Disaster Preparedness Center
(ADPC). Any Quotations received after the deadline prescribed in this paragraph will not be
considered for the next steps.
j. The bidder may withdraw its Quotation after submission, provided that written notice of the
withdrawal is received by the Purchaser prior to the deadline for submission.
k. No Quotations shall be modified after the deadline for submission of Quotations specified.
Withdrawal of a quotation between the deadline for submission of quotation and expiration
of the validity may result in the ineligibility of the bidder.
l. In the event of any discrepancy between the original and subsequent copies of submission,
the original shall prevail.
m. The original and each copy of the Quotation shall be typed or written in indelible ink and shall
be signed by a person duly authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder. The name and position
held by each person signing the authorization must be typed or printed below the signature. Any interlineations, erasures, or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by the person(s) signing the Quotation.
n. The Bidder shall also submit copy of company registration certificate, profile and focal person
details with the coordination will be done in case of qualification.
