LOCATION: GUJARAT/ MAHARASHTRA/ KARNATAKA
The consultant will be based in the concerned YuWaah State with Official travel to UNICEF intervention programme areas/districts/Delhi office and will be undertaken as agreed with the supervisor.
DURATION OF CONSULTANCY: 11.5 months from start date of the contract

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in an interview, which will seek to verify relevant professional experience, as well as test technical knowledge and the UNICEF competencies listed above.
All of the documents listed above are mandatory and in case any of the documents is missing then your application will be considered incomplete/invalid.
The consultant will be selected as per the criteria outlined below:
TECHNICAL EVALUATION CRITERIA
1 Educational Qualification 10 Marks
An Advanced University degree in social sciences and development sciences, public policy, human rights, psychology, sociology, communication, education, international law or related field (s).
2 Relevant Experience 15 Marks
Five years of progressively responsible and relevant professional work experience in strategic communication, social development planning and management of child protection, advocacy and partnerships in an international organization is required.
3 Technical knowledge and skills 20 Marks
Relevant experience in adolescent/youth related areas, program/project development and management in a UN system agency or organization is an asset. Fluency in English, Hindi and any other local language (written and verbal) is required
Candidates who score 36 marks and above out of 45 to be shortlisted for the interview
4 Interview 25
Those candidates who score 20 out of 25 marks in the interview as well also score an overall of 56 marks and above to be considered technically qualified and their financials opened

5 Financial weightage 30
Total technical and financial score 100
